I would like to extend a warm welcome to you from the Fertility Team at ETSU Fertility Services and the Faculty and Staff at ETSU Obstetrics and Gynecology. Our dedicated staff has many years of experience in providing the latest in fertility investigations and treatments. Our goal is to achieve a pregnancy starting with simple treatments and progressing through to the more complex treatments only as required. We will endeavor to do this in the most comfortable and compassionate atmosphere.

We recognize that infertility, a condition that affects 1 in 6 couples, inflicts a great deal of emotional pain. Our goal is to be able to design a treatment program with your wishes in mind. Although we move through a stepped type of protocol, we will always take your wishes into consideration and very much welcome feedback from you during the course of investigation and treatment. We will file your insurance whenever it is appropriate; however, when coverage does not exist, we provide one of the most cost effective programs in the nation.

Our fees are “globalized” to allow couples to be aware of costs ahead of treatment. We do not benefit from the purchase of medications and there are many wholesalers available to bring cost effectiveness to this area, thereby saving couples significant dollars for the more complex therapies.
